My experience with MMS (Miracle Mineral Supplement)
I first came across MMS about three years ago and, while
intrigued, was not drawn to trying it to see how it worked. Because I do not
have any major health issues (that I am aware of…) that cause daily inconvenience,
I did not see a real NEED to test it out.
Skip forward three years, I ran across youtube videos on MMS
again when looking for biodynamic farming videos so I clicked on the video. I
recalled seeing something about this MMS before and decided to listen more
openly to the information presented. Over the last couple of years I have noted
more bloating in my abdomen which never seemed to be a problem for me before
and I started drinking organic apple cider vinegar on a regular basis along
with probiotics to help alleviate the bloating. ACV helps somewhat but it doesn’t
completely go away. Bloating seems to be worse as the day progresses and I feel
three months pregnant by the end of the day with quite a bit of distention. I
also have noticed that I crave sweets (especially after I eat). I read that
this could be a magnesium deficiency so I started taking SunWarrior RUSH Liquid
Mineral & Vitamin Supplementation with fluvic acid as well as an additional
magnesium supplement. I really really like SunWarrior RUSH and I feel energetic
and overall great except the bloating still prevails and I still crave sweets.
I am pretty sure that I have a candida issue as I do have the cravings and my
tongue is coated with white dots. I decided that I was going to try the MMS to
address the candida…so here is my daily blog on it.
I received my order of MMS on Friday, January 13, 2017. I
did not start taking it until Monday, January 16, 2017. So it came in two
dropper top bottles. Part A is 28% Sodium Chlorite and Part B is 50% Citric
DAY 1: Monday,
January 16, 2017
Dose 1: Monday,
January 16th at 8:00 a.m. I mixed two drops of Part A with two drops
of Part B in a glass swishing the drops together until it turned an amber color
(gold/brown) then I diluted it with 3 oz of distilled water. By the way, the
drops are clear when you mix them and change in color as they react. It smells
very strong of chlorine bleach making it difficult to want to put it in my
mouth. It has a little bit of a bitter taste but not horrible so it’s easy
enough to drink down if you don’t think about the smell and the fact that you
feel like your drinking bleach (even diluted bleach seems counter-intuitive). I did read that you can mix the drops in a veggie capsule and take it that way too if you don't want to drink it mixed in water. Immediately
after drinking it, my throat felt a little raw for about a half hour. From
listening to others experiences with MMS, I know that is normal on the first
dose because the mixture is stripping the mucous film from the throat.
Dose 2: Monday,
January 16th at 10:00 a.m. I mixed two drops of Part A and Part B
again, waited for them to react and then drank down with 3-4 oz of distilled
water. This time, no raw feeling in my throat so we will see how it goes.
Okay, got busy with working and did not take another dose
until the evening.
Dose 3: Monday,
January 16th at 9:00 pm two drops of each part and went to bed.
DAY 2: Tuesday,
January 17, 2017
Dose 1: 8:00 a.m. I mixed three drops of Part A and
Part B this morning feeling a little more confident with taking the MMS. I
waited a half hour before drinking my chicory root coffee. So far, so good.
Dose 2: 10:00
a.m. I mixed three drops of Part A and Part B again and took with 4 oz of
water. Waited an hour and then ate some breakfast (scrambled eggs). This is
what I noticed after eating, I did not get this overwhelming urge to have some
chocolate right after eating. INTERESTING… as this is always the case for me.
Dose 3: 8:00 p.m.
Three drops of Part A and Part B mixed with 4 oz distilled water. I have
noticed that based on my work schedule, I do not have the time or desire to
drink MMS hourly throughout the day so I drink it when it’s convenient for me.
I had a peppermint patty (small one) tonight as an
indulgence. By the way, I am NOT trying to cut sweets, if I get the urge to eat
something sweet then I am going to do it. I want to see if the MMS will help
with the candida without me changing my diet on purpose.
Dose 4: 9:30 p.m.
Three drops of Part A and Part B mixed with 4 oz distilled water. Took the dogs
out to go potty and off to bed.
DAY 3: Wednesday,
January 18, 2017
Dose 1: 7:30 a.m. I mixed three drops of Part A and
Part B and drank in 4 oz of distilled water. I do note this morning that I feel
pretty good and tummy looks flat…so far!
Dose 2: 8:30 a.m.
I mixed three drops of Part A and Part B and drank in 4 oz of distilled water.
I had a little bit of diarrhea about 15 minutes after this dose but it did not
persist beyond that. Ate breakfast and again, no craving for something sweet
afterward – doing good.
Dose 3: 9:00 p.m.
I mixed three drops of Part A and Part B and drank in 4 oz of distilled water.
No issues today with diarrhea except that little bit in the morning.
Dose 4: 11:00
p.m. Three drops of Part A and Part B mixed and drank in 4 oz of distilled
water. Went to bed
DAY 4: Thursday,
January 19, 2017
Dose 1: 8:45 a.m. I mixed three drops of Part A and
Part B and drank in 4 oz of distilled water. My abdomen is flat as a stone this
morning. I love how flat it looks even first thing in the morning now. Before,
it would be less bloated in the morning and get worse during the day but not
typically completely flat.
Note: 1:00 p.m. Just had a very loose stool that was a little foul smelling. Had a breakfast of raw veggies and ranch dip about two hours ago. Time I think for another dose of MMS.
Dose 2: 1:10 p.m. Three drops of Part A and Part B mixed and drank in 4 oz of distilled
water. Will wait an hour before eating lunch.
Dose 3: 4:30 Three drops of Part A and Part B mixed and drank in 4 oz of distilled
Dose 4: Three drops of Part A and Part B mixed and drank in 4 oz of distilled
Note: I am definitely noticing my tummy not feeling nearly as bloated (slight distention each time I eat, but it goes away within an hour or so)
Day 5, 6, and 7: Taking Three drops of Part A and Part B mixed and drank in 4 oz of distilled
water three to four times a day. Feeling great with only a little diarrhea once in this time frame. At first I thought perhaps it was wishful thinking that I seem to be more tone and now I am SURE that excess fat I have been slowly accumulating over the last couple years on my saddlebag region and upper thighs is reduced. I am not monitoring my food intake nor am I exercising. I have purposely tried to not change my lifestyle or take anything different as far as supplements or foods to make sure that the results I get can only be attributed to adding MMS to my daily routine.
Day 8: Monday, January 23, 2017
Decided to do something a little different today. I mixed up eight hours worth of MMS into a drink container (24 drops of each Part A and Part B mixed with 32oz of distilled water). I am drinking 4 oz of the mixture each hour. Using my phone timer to keep me on track. My container is perfect since it has markings at 4 oz increments as a measuring tool so I know I am getting the same amount each time.
Why? Just to see if it makes a difference when you are getting MMS on a regular basis throughout the day compared to sporadically. I am curious to see if using it more regularly will increase the body toning further.

Random use of equal
amount of Part A and Part B of MMS (Miracle Mineral Supplement) twice daily
(ex: two drops of each mixed together for 3 minutes and then added to water,
let sit for 10 minutes and then drink sometime in the morning, then some time
in the afternoon/evening do four drops of each) and always stagger the amount
of drops and change the time of day each day.
